As some know and some might have guessed, we have relocated to Seattle for purposes of work, inspiration, adventure and change of pace. The move has been a long time in the making but only a definite for a short while and now we are here! These photos are some highlights of our week long road trip from east to west. It was a lot of driving but with some spectacular landscapes to occupy our sights.
P.S. If anyone knows anyone getting married in the Pacific Northwest, I hope you’ll pass on my name. And I hope to keep shooting in the Boston area from time to time so Bostonians, don’t forget about me. Thanks and enjoy!

August 30, 2010{barbara+jason} a wedding in maine
August 12, 2010Barbara and Jason got married in a beautiful spot, on top of a hill, overlooking Penobscot Bay, on a stunning day in July. Between the view and all of the crafty and colorful details that they put together (highlight: an adorable mini dessert extravanganza served up on vintage cake plates with pinwheels and bunting!), I was feeling the inspiration. To top it off, Babs and Jason were happy and having fun – which is the biggest inspiration.

August 5, 2010Babs is not only beautiful but incredibly creative. She made her bouquet…out of vintage brooches. Pretty cool I think. More from Barbara and Jason’s beautiful (and crafty) Maine wedding coming soon.

{anneliese+nathan} engaged in marblehead
July 23, 2010I met Anneliese and Nathan on a sunny morning in Marblehead, Mass. They had just driven all the way from Portland, Maine and claimed to be camera shy – but to me they were photogenic from the start. We had a fun morning checking out the fantastic views in Marblehead. Their fall wedding in Salem should be fantastic too!
